south facing garden with a large patio and barbecue area with views
across the fields and of course the lake is very near and can be reached
in a couple of minutes. |

is ample parking for up to 6 cars.

| General
Points |
- The
cottage will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival, and
should be vacated by 10:30am on the day of departure
|
- We
supply duvet & pillows, but we do not supply Bed Linen/Duvet
covers and Towels at this time.

- All
energy costs are included ie: Electricity & Logs
|
- Smoking
Policy - although we do not operate an absolute ban, your co-operation
in not smoking in the bedrooms would be much appreciated.

- We
regret that we do not allow pets.
